Wow. What a day I had yesterday.

Wife had trouble getting her new bluetooth headphones to play at work, so I went in early to fix it for her. This resulted in me being at work a little after 6 am instead of at 8 as planned. Normally I would have no problem handling a workday like that, I do it all the time, but yesterday I was also doing the night teaching. And to top it off I had a LOT of new tasks at work - I am hoping for a severe upgrade on my job one of these days. So all of this resulted in a 14-15 hour work day for me yesterday. No really bad food choices though - I brought both lunch and dinner, and did reasonably good. Of course, it is always hard for me to pack proper lunch, especially with not too many choices in the fridge. But I did okay. I stayed well within my RDI and everything, though I felt that I severely lacked vegetables. I will compensate for that today.

I was SO exhausted getting up this mornings. I actually forgot that today is swim day. FORGOT! I have been SO looking forward to it, as I skipped Monday because of my cold. Oh well, maybe I am better off getting completely rid of the cold before I go. I will definitely - DEFINITELY go Friday. :)

It seems I am done with the fluctuation for this time. I am back down to 135 kgs, again crossing the 20 kg line, and only need to lose a couple hundred grams to be at a new low, and in the new "yellow" progress category on the weight history bar. I was so happy I reached it the other day, and then it only lasted for ONE DAY! Damn you, fluctuation! :)

Of course, we all know this will happen, and the weight does not bother me, but it really - REALLY - annoyed me that I only got to savor that "yellow bar" moment for one day. I want more, more, more!

Of course I will be there again very soon. Maybe tomorrow? We will see.

Today I am skipping work early. I have plans for the afternoon, and will probably eat a pita with kebab for lunch, going out. To make it all right and better, wife has promised to do the famous Weight Watcher's Zero Point Cabbage Soup tonight. If you have not tried it, go do it. It is really great, and there are almost NO calories in it. As the name suggests, if you are on WW diet, you can eat it with NO point use. AND it taste good. I just might "cheat" and accidentally drop a little chicken breast in there. I will most likely have the calories to burn on that. We will see.
