Thanksgiving day and last day of turkey. I have eaten lots (FS says over 2000 a day) but weight is holding.
110.2 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks all you good people. Today will be a quiet day. I did all the cooking on Saturday and yesterday I made the bone broth that is now in the freezer. Leftovers today and a little run.
