Fasted on a Monday after 1300 calories on Sunday. Lost some water weight and ready to hit the week. I'm going to use Mondays and Fridays as alternate fasting days if I get too far above my calorie target (I did Wednesdays throughout September).
230.5 lb Lost so far: 94.5 lb.    Still to go: 25.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
