5 days of off plan eating and low activity. Time to get serious about "recovery." I am posting for accountability, because I just keep saying... "Tomorrow I'll get it together." I'm getting on track today! 😁

hey Melissa. I know your hard on you like I am on me. but seriously ur surviving all the stress and life junk and your encouraging me at the same time? that's a win. 5# is nothing to someone of your super fitness level. take it easy on yourself. we love and appreciate you. your such a blessing. the lord is pleased. thats what I'm hearing. your his sweet daughter.

CMC, my sweet neighbor,💕 I think this has been the most stressful year of my life for so many reasons. Gah... Thank you, Carol. 💓I did have a nice time! Thank you, Arkiehuntress and Bill! ❤️I think this is the highest gain I have ever recorded. I'm plenty ashamed, but I'd rather just get it out there and get to work. Thanks for your support, #One. 😊I wish I could say I have overcome my use of food to try and solve how I am feeling. Back at it!

This is one small moment is a long line. Looking at your progress should put things back in perspective. Why shame yourself? Whenever you are out walking/running being active, you inspire someone else. So you had some time off, good for us sometimes. I look forward to the message of you saying Back In Business!

You are so kind... All of to be so understanding and supportive. I went from a sweet and indulgent couple days while on a little trip away followed by a return home to some seriously major stress, and then it was just easy to shift to "stress eating." It will take some time to get back to normal, but I will keep working at it. The new habits I have built will help me. Thank you all for your sweet and encouraging words. I honestly didn't expect so many to reach out with understanding. I feel like a bit of a rebuke for weakness seems more in order, but your kindness give me strength! ❤️
