I am so happy I had a tiny loss because I ate a lot on Saturday!! Pizza!!! I kind of splurged and then Sunday I didn’t do too much better, but maybe this next week I’ll lose a pound or two.😊
202.4 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
