Water weight - nice to see a loss but Im not "excited" about it.

Stayed pretty close to my calorie goal, way under my protein, over on carbs and fat. Not too bad overall, but Im looking to up my protein today. I packed a good lunch and a protein shake.

The muscle spasm is feeling better, but I can still feel some rocks in my shoulders/back. The Dr told me that I would probably need two massages. The first one would be awful and painful, and then the next one would more like a normal massage. I had my first one on Saturday and it was great - at the time. My back was literally sore to the touch Saturday night, all day Sunday, and even a bit yesterday. Not as bad today, and the swelling has gone down, but its still sore. Aleve and Icy Hot are a godsend haha.

My biggest problem right now, is that Ive signed up to row a marathon with a team as a fundraiser and its this weekend. Actually, Im on two teams and the first rows on Friday, the second rows on Saturday. I think the spasm will be ok, but the other shoulder issue might hold me back. Either way, I raised the money I needed to and thats the most important part.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
