My very very very first no loss this morning!😢😢😢 I do believe it’s because I drank a ton of water before I got on that scale. I usually won’t drink till after I weigh myself and then I go for the water. So I’m hoping hoping hoping this is just water weight, although I did eat a lot yesterday too.😩
203.0 lb Lost so far: 17.9 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
