Had a salad as my main course, never done that before unless it was a taco salad. I was surprised that I was full and satisfied. Was willing to do it again today, but caved in for a tuna sandwich. 🥪 I am looking forward to a very productive and blessed day. 😁
204.1 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
