Day four of keto reset. (Really Atkins 1972 style induction for those of you who speak that language). It has gone well. I am under 110 again and has not seen this number since mid August.
108.8 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Melissa. I need to find a good rhythm again. So back to basics and gradually add to it usually works for me. It was nice the see the "old" weight number back again today.
