124.8 but I just did my first sprint triath. Lousy time, but PART of that was that I was riding a mountain bike that was never meant for any kind of speed. Fabulous workout, but absolutely miserable for a respectable time. So - time for a new bike, and to gain a couple pounds. I'll be training again either tomorrow or Wednesday depending on how stiff I still am, and this time I will be serious about it. No more 'I just want to finish' - because with that mentality, apparently, that's exactly what will happen. So - get a 'new used' bike and learn to swim better. That swim has me frightened. I got kicked in the head so many times I lost count. I couldn't swim more than a few feet at a time and wasn't strong enough to get away from those floundering about. It was truly terrible. I can't let that happen again or I'll be so frightened I will let it stop me. Anyway - weight. I don't mind that I dropped below 125, but I don't expect that's where I'll end up. I'll gain a couple pounds this week and then see where the weight goes when I start working out. I'm going to go visit my father at the end of the month, and at this weight he's not going to be happy. I need to gain a bit before I go home or listen to him stew and complain every day I'm there.
124.8 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
