Fasting blood sugar 133; weight 171.3
Plan for day: Egg Fast/IF/exercise
I found a Pinterest board that has a lot of recipes for the Egg Fast. Last time I did it, I got really tired of eating eggs. With these recipes I think I could follow the fast easily for five days, but I am limiting it to just three days this week. If any of you FS followers like Pinterest, look at some of the recipes provided on the Egg Fast board. You can use them for low carb even if you don't do the Egg Fast. For me, the fast helps me get past the frustration of just see-sawing up and down with the weight.
Too wet outside to garden and too busy today for an evening walk, so the exercise bike and dumbbells will be my exercise today.
Macros 6/83/11; calories 1759; net carbs 20.48; fiber 5.9
171.3 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
