I don’t know why I am losing so slowly but I’m losing I can’t wait to be under the two mark. It may be that I don’t exercise at all just doing chores around the house. 🙃
207.5 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 27.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
