so after yesterdays epic fail :? i have come to the conclusion that today is a whole new day and I WILL DO BETTER!!
i made myself get back on the scales this morning to see how much damage my binge session had last night and to my upmost suprise i've lost a whole kg :) :) :)
this def gave me a boost that i needed this morning so much so that that i took an extra 10mins on my morning walk :) not only does this make me feel better i think the dog also really appreciated it too!
and on a good note after my binge session there is no more treats left in the house and i will not replace them.....
217.8 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
