Fast day one and a 390 calorie workout resulted in a new low of 220.5. Pretty cool.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 104.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Bet you are. And you have a good calorie day left to enjoy with Denise when she gets home tomorrow night, to round out the month. You should be at goal, our end goal, very soon. I could have been there myself but I've dicked around, a lot, and continue to dick around but life gets in the way doesn't it, and I keep saying life is for living. I can't stop living while I try to lose weight. It will come, s-l-o-w-l-y - LOL
