Tummy grumbles and a headache last night, cleaned up a bit, not much else, just need to get through next two days full of irrational and unreasonable requests so we can start again Monday. Tis the season. Muscle mass holding, blob is up, but there really isn't a reason so I'm sure it will vacate later today, just no time this morning. I will swim tonight, I'm going to lose my mind if I don't, pure and simple.
