Skipped the middle-of-the-night crackers and the 3am meds did just fine without them, hallelujah! I hated using 4 Net Carbs for TWO crackers that I didn't even really want! Weight just barely holding steady this morning. (It would be up if I had a digital scale, but I have one of the tall doctor scales with the moveable weights.) Might end up with the grandkids today - daughter has a bad tooth that has an exposed root. She's going to try to get an appointment. Well, I've been sitting in my recliner playing Scrabble too much, anyway, lol.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
