New drug - Lyrica = SLEPT. Rough day yesterday so glad not to have any appointments today, just WFH! Stay safe and well out there my friends.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 95.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sleep is so important! Hard to get good sleep sometimes with all the stress. I take a sleep aide too but figured out I can only take it if I can get a full 8 hours. If I get 7 or less then I’m super groggy for an hour or two after I get up.

Thanks for the support. Yes it's been 2 weeks since I slept more than 20-40 minutes at a time. Just hoping NOT to have the same issue with swelling that I had with Gabapentin. Fingers crossed.
