Woah! I lost almost 5 pounds! I AM SO HAPPY! Well, i have not been eating a whole lot this week, but I have just been sticking to my diet 100% for the past 4 days. and working out pretty hard. It seemed to pay off. Hoping to incorporate some more HEALTHY calories this week so i can get up to 1200 a day. But i am so happy now. This means I am where i was before i gained those nasty five little pounds in december. haha I just wanna keep going on to my goal. Then I'll be setting a new one soon :] I'm definitely not done! When i see my scale say 159 i am going to jump around and dance! I have been stuck in the 160's for a long time. My weight has been like a roller coaster- gaining, losing, gaining, losing. 169, back down to 165, then back up to 168. No more! Oh! and i have made a lot of progress in this past week. I have been having a problem with binge eating and last night i was so proud of myself. I had salmon and vegetables for dinner, and i know i overdid it on the salmon, but i measured out my extra two ounces that i WANTED to eat because i had the calories to spare. I ate until i was full, but not stuff. It felt great to actually be satisfied. But for some reason, that full feeling makes me want to eat more. I thought about it, but I didnt. And i drank some calorie-free tea later to curb the munchies.
I still got it in me! ;D
