I did great on eating yesterday, with the exception of two donut holes I consumed under duress. My work has to stop serving those donut holes, seriously! Well, I lost weight anyway, perhaps because TOM is over. I am feeling a lot more peaceful today and more ready to tackle my mini-challenges in week 3 of the re-focus bootcamp.
147.8 lb Lost so far: 59.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It is good that you are feeling more peaceful today. It is horrible to be stressed. I can't believe it is already week 3 of bootcamp!

I feel your pain, succumbing to the lure of the sugary snacks. You should try the measuring thing. I do it once every 1-2 weeks and it always makes me feel good because even though I'm not losing pounds I could be losing inches- which is just as good!
