2 month-aversary. 6.6lbs lost this month (compared to whopping 12lbs in first month. Still, that's not bad going. Where did that month go though? Flew by.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

(ps it gets harder after the early honeymoon period and also as you entre healthy weight zone where your body is more protective of its mass -- metabolism shifts and so on -- but keep going, you have a fab line going on and like all these things, be nice afterwards. I'm past the honeymoon half stone and now going to have to grit the rest. Oh yay. Happy smiles. :|

:) Slower rate is probably better for all that slack skin anyway. As you say, be nice afterwards. Maybe in a couple of months I will be pre-pregnancy weight again. That would be REALLY nice. It'll have only taken 8 years :))
