After such a hard week I wanted to check in. Boy was I surprised to see I'm finally below 170! I've been a bit more active this week in we took some family walks after supper. This might be just an anomaly but I'll take the victory however brief it may be 😎
169.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
