i am not too worried about this uptick. had two rounds of chinese food and a lot of carbs this week due to leftover mac and cheese. overall i am lifting heavier, my belly appears to be shrinking, and i know these readings can fluctuate wildly.
172.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
