Gonna do lots of squats today! Of all the places I like to feel sore, my legs... no thanks. Walking is kinda necessary and when you look like you're recovering from sitting on a pile of thumbtacks, it's no joke.

No woosh yet - it's elusive, like Bigfoot. I'm ready to record once I see it though. Anxiously awaiting this watery jiggly stuff to go away!
155.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I refuse to sit on toilet seats that are not in my home so after doing legs - it's another workout in itself to hover...Especially with the amount of water I drink. 😳

Oh goodness... The visuals!!! Princess having an extra potty seat in her bag!!! I'm having a hard time here!!! 😁 I "thought" I was donw with a killer workout today.... But still in workout clothes, and I can't get away from my "gym" I'm back to do a bunch more squats... I'll be joining the shaky leg gang... Chris, I've been using my measly hundred pounds worth of dumbells learning to do some different deadlifts and squats. I love "my" bench. It is getting lots of use!!!
