Had another victorious day yesterday. Met or exceeded all of my challenge goals (except exercise, which I'm not TRYING to do yet). Inputting the foods BEFORE I eat them is a real help. It's like, "Do I REALLY want to use those 6 net carbs to eat ONE breaded chicken tender?" (I opted not to.) Enjoyed having them as a snack of cashews later in the evening. That was a treat! Looking forward expectantly to another good day. Starting to build up my confidence a little. It's only been 3 completed days, though, so I'm still being extra cautious.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I too enter the food choices before I eat them to help me with decisions. It’s hard sometimes to judge on your own. Keep up the awesome outlook on your journey. It will take you far!

good work Debbie! I always enter what I think will be the menu for the day in the morning. If something changes, I just go back and adjust...so much easier for me …

I understand being extra cautious! I had a binge night on Tuesday and I'm not too happy with myself since I ignored the warning messages in my brain that was alerting me to the fact that it was coming. I'm so proud of you for making it 3 days Debbie!!! Good for you! You are doing the right thing with thinking before putting in your mouth.
