I'm not surprised my weight's gone up this week. It's not a grand gain, but it's enough to be an annoying mosquito in the tent. I have no one to blame but me. But I got this! This week will be better!
171.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
