I had hoped for more than a 1.5 pound loss, but at least the trend is down. I will try another weigh in tomorrow and the next day and see if today was accurate. Then, since I am loosing, I will weigh in in two weeks.
208.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 15.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
