🤗🤗🤗yes almost 3 more pounds!!!reason I'm so excited is because I thought all the steroids I'm on was going to create a setback luckly it hasn't. I'm on steroids shots, nasal steriods and oral steroids due to a severe immune allergy response triggering migraines and ear inflammation affecting my balance which in turn has not allowed me to work out throughout my entire weightloss process. I hope all these steroids get rid of it completely so I can loose weight a little quicker.

Hate the side effects but its better than intial problem. Have you ever had middle ear inflammation which causes abnormalities in ear pressure?
