Up a pound. Maybe a bit is muscle. Also I'm starting my period in two days so I know I'm retaining water.
146.2 lb Lost so far: 133.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

I gain up to 2lbs every month... I get discouraged until I realize I'm about to start lol

I was reading that we burn extra calories while on our periods. Not sure how true that is, but sort of makes sense.
