4 miles in 1:0l:54. 2 hours deck coaching.

Those carbs really show when you get in no walking. Groin is better, maybe even more so because of the walking. I'll just have to take Advil or something. Can't afford to miss my walking.

Can't understand the weather here. 40% humidity? What the heck is that? Here we never get that, we are usually 95 degrees with 89% humidity with a heat index of 103-109 range. Something about a north wind so the humidity can't make land from the Gulf. Heck, I don't know, but 93 feeling like 93 is something we don't get LOL... SO, aNy of you guys sitting to the north, just KEEP fanning that wind down this way.... I might even get some outside walking done!
152.6 lb Lost so far: 37.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
