Muscle mass holding, blob down. More importantly, I feel good this morning. Walked 4.8 yesterday, medium swim, 761 strokes, 10 METs, heart rate in mid 130's. Swim was more about decompressing from the day than burning calories. Also made me tired enough to sleep in to 7:30 which is great after the sleepless night before. It's Friday, no commute, no one cares what I look like because they have officially decided to discourage Friday meetings at work. It's wonderful. Nothing really changed, I just feel better. But that's more than half the battle. Yard is full of birds singing today, hope it stays that way for the weekend. We're losing a 100 year old palm on the street to the beetles from South America, they killed it in less than 4 weeks, palm is usually full of sparrows and the parrots love it, too. City has painted it with a large X. Means it's leaving us because it's a danger to fall into the street. Hope the birds continue to visit.

I think I'm going to buy another watermelon for the weekend. Really hooked on it at the moment.

I'm glad you are doing better mentally. I hate to see any tree cut down, but better than it being a danger. Grab a good melon!

Yeah, I just needed sleep to feel better. I'd post a pic of the tree, but it's just so undignified given how beautiful it was for so long. Over 100 years old, guessing close to 75' tall. Ready for the weekend.
