I think so too, damablack! Mentally and emotionally, it is good to relax the tight grip for a tiny break. I just want to aim for that to happen once a month rather than once a week or so like it has been lately! 😂

This is exactly why i have developed a way of eating for the people that I have mentored on their weight loss journeys. Not dieting (doesn’t work), but learning to make better food choices right from the start. No forbidden food, no deprivation, just better choices most of the time coupled with learning portion control. No maintenance to be dealt with because you have made a sustainable, long term lifestyle change.

Thanks so much, John and Chris! I am trying, Kenna! Sadly, I have not yet learned your control, and I don't make the best decisions all the time. But, I'm making better ones, which makes me so thankful!
