Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal but did not meet some of my activity goals. BF up 0.4% and is out of range. My weight isn't that bad today but I'm trending in the wrong direction. No worries, I'm on it!!!
156.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
