The same weight several days in a row now, to a tenth! I guess this is what you call a set point. It's not discouraging, it's just unexpected. I think I'm down to the permafat. I just made that up, but I bet there's a fat layer right under my skin that just isn't going to give up without a fight.
170.6 lb Lost so far: 41.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
