Off schedule today! Fasting blood sugar was 222; weight was 180.9 I thought I ate well yesterday, but I had half of a low calorie drink that had 2g sugar in it while watching fireworks (safely from our car) last night. Macros aren't right today either, way too many carbs and net carbs. This morning I fixed dinner to send to son whose wife now has covid also, and I couldn't resist tasting the gingerbread I sent for their kids! I will have to say I enjoyed that piece of gingerbread -- saving grace was that I used butter for the shortening and instead of sugar I used stevia. But it still wasn't a keto dessert. A little sweetener goes a long way in undermining good intentions. Definitely have to work harder this week!
180.9 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 35.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
