My homework: get to sleep 8 hours/day.😴😴
Currently at 5-6 hours/day, night owl, sometimes wake up in the middle of sleeps, low energy in the morning.. 😵😵 Stop begadang 😤
154.3 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
