Ok. I'm back on the diet wagon. 🛒
174.6 lb Lost so far: 76.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm jumping back on the wagon now so that my buffer doesn't disappear, One. I had a bunch of tortilla chips and salsa yesterday, so I think it's mostly water gain from sodium. If so, it should drop off quickly. 🤞

Dude chips and salsa should be illegal. That's one of mine. I always said if I don't put it in my cart it can't go in my mouth.

Lonnie!! It’ll go back down soon I am sure. 😊 Lol Bus.. I made chips and salsa illegal for myself when I discovered that one tortilla chip has 10-20 calories (depending on size). So it’s a once-in-a-blue-moon treat while I’m still losing. Lonnie can afford it because he’s maintaining, so the rest of us get to eat (and travel) vicariously through his posts. 😍 My kids love tortilla chips though, so we buy them for them. I have to hide them from myself however. Too tempting!

Tortillia chips. Peanut butter. There both under lock and key at my place. But as another post said licking the knife after the kids sandwiches is zero calories.

I do that with their mac n cheese mixing spoon! 😂😭 I considered logging 0.00045 g. of mac n cheese, but that’s too much math for me. I just tell myself spoon licks and knife licks are calorie free. 😝

I do veggies and salsa but definitely not the same...I had no idea tortilla chips had that many calories! I haven't eaten chips in over 3 years!!!🤪😋

Peanut butter is my ❤️. I can like on the calories so quickly. Definitely something I struggle w with stopping at 2 tbs serving size. Being off the wagon is fun sometimes but better to stay on it. 💪🏼

I love pb too, way too much. Favorite 12:00am snack and it really is so hard to stop at 2 tbsp. 😬

my question is why the heck is 2 tbsp even a serving size. like fun size candy bars. what's the fun in having 12 to make a normal serving.

I don't even need to spread peanut butter on anything to enjoy it. I just need a big spoon.

I can have peanut butter, and chips and salsa around me and I'm pretty good at resisting. What I find next to impossible to resist are cookies. It really doesn't matter what kind. They all know my name and call to me.
