Did 50 sit ups and 30 push ups, no treadmill. Ate 3.5 ounces salmon, 1/2 cup sweet potato, 2 cups steamed cauliflower in pasta sauce. Probably around 325 cals. Took usual round of supplements. Feel great, high energy level too.
