Yaaaay! My honey suggested that some of last week's weight might be due to getting my period. I think he might have been right. Another problem I figured out this week is, I have not been drinking soda not even diet for over a month. I have been drinking iced tea like crazy. When out I order it half and half so that I don't have to worry about sweetening it in the car. But most places flavour their sweet tea with sugar (and rightfully so) but it sure isn't helping me reach my goal. So I am not going to be lazy about it any more and ask for unsweet with a couple packs of splenda/sweetnlow etc.
I am thinking about not eating sweets anymore (well, for a bit), but it will be so hard. I tried for the last 3 days and I caved last night. It does not help that I have gelato in my freezer that I bought last week before I decided to try this. Is it true thay after so long of no sweets the craving for them goes away?
Hopefully I will have an even better number next week!
241.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 81.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
