We're going to call it holding today because I woke up really late, jumped on the scale (it didn't register details) and ran to a meeting. I may weigh again this morning if I get a break. Left knee is bugging me again today. Sleep has been crappy last two nights. Going to drop the car off this morning and then walk home.

Edit for redo: Now 163, which is what I figured it was and includes breakfast and coffee. Off to the mechanic. Pray for me. LOL

163.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Scale says what it says. Had to log it. So good though. I don’t like seeing those numbers and it makes me motivated to move forward again after a year resetting my body.
