According to some superhuman bodybuilders I'm not working hard enough at the gym 😜

Kicking this week off with the first of a 3-day full-body split workout! I must say, the extra recovery day(s) makes a huge difference!

152.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
