Last night, I slept like a baby. I worked in the front yard yesterday. I ate under goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up 0.2% Today I have a lot to do in the back yard. The activity helps my over all health...
154.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like a good day! I love yard work... Much of the time. I love the feeling something I'm doing will actually be quickly visible! Not much in life has rapid results!😊
