i have grown less caring on my weight, which shows up only weighing in every couple days... I wish to revert the trend at some point though. don't like them 200 numbers...
201.2 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Bro, I’m doing the same right now! I’m focused on yummy, healthy food, my family, a banging unhealthy food here and there and movement 🤗💜💚 we got this!! I am, for me choosing not to be tied down by the scale and feel the changes, and hear my work friends and close family friends, family remarking on my changes. Love the scale, but it’s a number.

I didn't even really decide. It was more like meh... Got other things to worry about and such... Just need to be careful not to let it get out of hand as it has previously...
