Weighed in at 218lbs. Did 31 sit ups last night, no aerobics. Will eat only 1 grapefruit for lunch & zucchini noodle and home made spaghetti sauce for dinner. Probably about 500 calories for the day.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
