Yesterday I was slackin' on trackin' but today I'm back at it. Time to be honest, yes I was down to 139.5 for awhile but it's really holding pretty steady at 140 lbs. Just can't seem to get below that number really. I don't know if I need to adjust the diet or exercise more, or maybe just accept that this might be my "new normal." It's not so bad, really, though it is 5 lbs higher than my goal weight. Thing is, I do FEEL better & probably look better than I did at 155 lbs. I also can wear every single item of clothing I own, although some of my pants are getting dangerously loose, LOL! And I've been able to maintain this lower weight for some time now. Maybe I won't ever get to 135 lbs. I want to, but maybe it's just not going to happen. Or maybe the weight loss has slowed way down, as it tends to do when we get closer to goal. I'd still like to see 135, but what I'd like even more is to NOT GAIN BACK the 15 lbs I've lost since last October. That's 15 lbs over a 6 - 8 month period. And of course, the past 2 - 3 months have been really weird, & probably not good for anyone's weight. I just need to keep on keepin' on, enjoy my victory & be patient with any future progress.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
