Finally a whoosh. Jumping back into lifting 45 minutes to an hour a day really stalled and in fact, increased the scale. Hope to be making real progress again soon. 💪🏼❤️

Thanks! Every muscle is sore (in a wonderful way) so I knew I'd be up for a bit. Glad it dropped some.

Nice whoosh! Yes I’ve noticed my weight being stubborn now that I’m lifting as well. But I’ve never appreciated the muscle soreness quite so much! 😉
