Wow. I did great yesterday.

I was at work from 8 am to 9 pm - a long, long day with no chance to cook. I prepared well, had a good (the usual) breakfast, with a little extra yoghurt, and brought sandwiches for lunch AND dinner. I was never hungry. Niiiice. :)

Today I am on a roll losing weight again. Life is good.
319.9 lb Lost so far: 21.8 lb.    Still to go: 132.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
