I think I'm starting to like my scale. 😊
173.4 lb Lost so far: 77.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you, Melissa! I'm still having a little trouble believing that I actually did it. I had honestly given up on losing weight. The support I got here and my determination to not get diabetes did the trick though. Here I am with a normal BMI! 😄
