Period. But didn't get back to 180's which is awesome. I'll see what tomorrow brings when tomorrow comes. Another beautiful day.

I can’t control myself during this time it’s crazy. Instead of stomach is a black hole and that ads up additional 2 weeks of recovery 😂 never ending battle

I know what you mean, natnath! I'm not trying to sabotage you but one thing I have let myself do is eat when I'm hungry. And that is regardless of whether I "should" be hungry or not. If other people think- "I shouldn't be hungry because I just ate an hour ago" and they choose to have some water or s/f jello or something- that's fine for them. I made a deal with myself that if I feel hungry I am going to eat. I'd rather eat non-stop when hungry and I feel like gorging even if it gets to 4000-5000 calories, than to keep trying to limit myself. Of course I have to reign it in the next day. Never (or rarely) would I allow it 2 days in a row. That's where it becomes a bad situation for me. The other thing is that I try to not eat unless I am hungry so it really evens it out. Sometimes one's body is simply hungry. Just kinda average it out over a week and it all works in..

I also eat (overeat) when I'm hungry. 1 or 2 days per week max. My mental health is as important as my physical health, so whether it's my body that's hungry, or my brain thinking about yummy stuff, I go ahead and eat. It's my quality of life balancing act.

My metabolism speeds up and I get hungry. If things proceed normally, then my weight drops 1-3 lbs when the bloating goes down.

I do not eat carbs very often especially starchy carbs, but yesterday at my granddaughter's birthday party I had one huge loaded baked potato and then I had another half. Only because I really wanted a baked potato and I wasn't going to tell myself no. Sometimes that's just the way it is. I say the same thing. If you're hungry you should eat whatever you want. That is your body telling you something.
