As noted yesterday, a huge 'devil may care' day of eating and drinking. The two days before that were heavy, too. Gained an amazing 10.7 lbs. over three days. Up to 246.8. Back to the task.
246.8 lb Lost so far: 78.2 lb.    Still to go: 41.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
