I actually lost a little. I guess all the strawberries and apples I have been eating are helping too! Not to mention the 30 Day Challenges! Wall sits are still incredibly difficult, and I cannot do the entire time (for instance yesterday was 1 minute 30 seconds) without standing up at least twice. I HAVE to. It feels like my legs are going to give out. Maybe it is psychological. My mother says I am weird for taking on a squat and wall sit challenge at the same time... Oh well, what's done is done.

Pleased with this loss, hopefully it is a sign that everything is working, and more loss is to come.

p.s. Remembering today my brother, Philip, and all our nation's military heroes who gave their lives for me and my countrymen.
238.2 lb Lost so far: 61.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
